Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction; however:

  1. Eligibility

    • Exchanges may be allowed within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items, discounted pieces, stitched/custom-sized items, and accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  3. Damaged Items

    • If product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with pictures for review.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds are provided only in cases where the product is out of stock or cannot be repaired/replaced.

    • For approved refunds, payment will be issued via store credit or original payment method (where applicable).

  5. Exchange Costs

    • Courier charges for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our end.
